В компании Findev на позицию Core Java Tech Lead требуется специалист с опытом работы 7-8+ лет. Компания создает узконишевое программное обеспечение для крупных международных банков и инвестиционных фондов. На данной позиции вам потребуется руководить и наставлять членов вашей команды, улучшать и развивать сервисы, осуществлять управление уязвимостями и аутентификацию. Для работы потребуется опыт работы с Java Core, Spring Boot, Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, контейнеризованными приложениями. Желательно также иметь опыт работы с Okta authentication,

❗️not being an outsourcer in the usual sense of the word, we specialize in creating niche software for large
international banks and investment funds.
❗️we are seeking a java tech lead 7-8+ years of experience to join our team. this is an existing team owning a few core components (integration services) used for building the vast majority of java apps inside the organization. it’s mostly about entitlements and authentication (but not limited to).
🎯 what we need from you:
- guiding and mentoring your team members;
- improving services (yes, there is some tech debt there. sad but true) and further development;
- vulnerability management for owned components and its dependencies;
- helping other dev team to properly utilize your services and be open for their feedback and
contribution.
🎯 position requires strong experience in/with:
● java core (11/17) + multithreading
● spring boot 2.7+
● security frameworks & protocols: spring security, oauth2, jwt
● experience with containerized applications
🎯 nice to have:
● okta authentication;
● apache avro;
● familiarity with aws.
🎯 in addition, the role requires:
● experience in managing opensource-like services development (accepting contribution from
other teams);
● strong communication and interpersonal skills;
● ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
