due to the high demand for our service, we are expanding our teams, and looking for the talented candidates to join our partner team in minsk office for the position of engagement specialist.

brief job description:

-client engagement: initiate contact with leads assigned on a day-to-day basis.

-travel planning: inquire about and document clients' future travel plans, including dates, duration, and destinations.

-product pitching: present firebird tours' products and services to clients and establish expectations.

-data gathering: collect initial information regarding clients' travel preferences, such as hotel preferences (stars), level of service, and group/private tour preferences.

-communication: maintain effective communication with destination specialists.

inbound messages: monitor and reply to all inbound messages in reamaze travel expert.

-email management: check and respond to all notifications in your gmail inbox.

-data transfer: transfer calls/emails to destination specialists or schedule the next follow-up or call back as requested.

-client expectation management: inform clients that the destination specialist will revert to them upon confirming their travel details.

what are we looking for?

-strong communication skills in english, both written and verbal.

-ability to efficiently manage a high volume of outbound calls and emails.

-excellent time management skills to meet targets within set timelines.

-previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

-detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

-availability for a 6.5-hour shift in the us shift from 4 pm to 10 pm (+3 gmt).
