as an experienced front-end developer at ignition, your responsibilities will include:
- front-end development tasks, working on the front end of the main web application.
- building robust, well-tested services and features using technologies like react, node.js, next.js, javascript, graphql, postgresql, and aws.
- have the unlimited opportunity for taking ownership of features and areas with increasing scope, and for technical and leadership growth.
- advocate for modern engineering best practices, and use metrics to measure change.
requirements:
- completed bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as a front-end developer.
- english skills.
- strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, programming languages, distributed systems, and information retrieval.
- strong experience or knowledge of the following: react, node.js, next.js, javascript, graphql, postgresql, aws.
- solid understanding of ux & ui.
- ability to write understandable, testable code with an eye toward maintainability.
- focus on detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
