our team has been developing blockchain technologies in the field of decentralized financial applications since 2017.
currently, we are expanding our team and looking for an individual highly experienced in it project management who will be facilitating a continuous software development process.
we expect candidates to have the following skills:
general understanding of modern technologies for backend and web development
deep knowledge in best practices in the management of agile teams
excellent skills in task tracking, setting up agile boards and workflows, reporting (we use jira)
successful experience in managing cross-functional it teams
good analytical skills and ability to work with big data in a multitasking mode
exceptional communication skills
fluent english
we consider the following skills as a strong advantage:
general knowledge of blockchain technologies
hands-on experience with defi applications on ethereum and other platforms
background in code development
successful experience in building it teams from scratch
duties:
management of the development team (backend and frontend)
product roadmap development and control over its implementation
management and grooming of backlog
task planning
control over a full cycle of development (setting a task, specification, development, testing, and deployment)
specification development in collaboration with the business analyst
clear communication of technical and business requirements to the technical team
following agile principles in development and project management
facilitating task completion by the development team
leading standup meetings, retrospective meetings, and planning with the team
reporting and tracking progress on tasks
