Responsibilities:
Planning, initiating, executing, and controlling projects using best practices and project management methodologies;
Managing project teams, including task allocation, motivation, and ensuring effective collaboration among project participants;
Ensuring transparency and accountability throughout project execution for all stakeholders;
Developing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other necessary documents;
Processes development and optimization through different tools;
Facilitate all necessary events to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team;
Problem-solving and risk management throughout project execution.
Requirements:
Proficient knowledge of Jira at an administrator level, including the use of script runners, automation, post-functions, and other tools to optimize project management processes;
Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and experience applying them in practice;
Knowledge of change management procedures, quality management, and other key aspects of project management;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including facilitation skills for effectively conducting work sessions and meetings;
Experience successfully managing projects from inception to completion, demonstrating the ability to solve problems and achieve goals;
Mandatory (administrator level): Jira, Confluence.
It will be a plus:
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM);
Miro, Excel, Tools for presentation, BI applications.
