Become a key contributor to our state-of-the-art decentralized infrastructure system, ensuring its scalability, effectiveness, and security. Your responsibilities will include designing prototypes, formalizing technical decisions, and implementing key features of the most stable decentralized platform. You will work closely with engineers with deep DevOps and ML experience building products in the AI and blockchain space.

Your responsibilities will include designing prototypes, formalizing technical decisions, and implementing key features of the most stable decentralized platform. You will work closely with engineers with deep DevOps and ML experience building products in the AI and blockchain space.

Responsibilities:

• As a Lead Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the core tech stack for the most stable decentralized infrastructure network.

• Ensure the stability of hundreds of distributed clusters.

• Work closely with ML Ops to deploy powerful AI models.

• Integrate blockchain infrastructure with Blockchain engineers.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.

• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as Go (preferably), Rust, or C/C++.

• Proven experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

• Understanding of orchestration workflows.

• Strong grasp of large-scale technology architectures and data flows.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice To Have:

• Huge advantage: the ability to operate on GPU Kernels, especially for GPU-specific optimizations

• Knowledge and experience in the design and development of domain-specific languages and compilers

• Familiar with key security concepts: cryptography, key/certificate management, identity, and access management

• Understanding of consensus algorithms, and blockchain security best practices.
