International Company Elements Global Services on behalf of DEAR SYSTEMS offers the position of a Business Analyst.
DEAR Systems is an innovative cloud software company providing advanced Inventory Management, POS & B2B ordering platforms for small to medium businesses.

Back then we started off as an Inventory Management ADD-On application for Xero and Quickbooks Online helping their SMB customers move to the cloud from old outdated legacy accounting software’s. The Business Analyst will be required to conduct business analysis, research, develop and articulate requirements in a clear, precise manner maintaining traceability across the development life cycle. This resource must be able to assist and play a leading role in the moving to production, UAT, handover to support and close out phases of the project.
Collaborate with business process leads, end users and other stakeholders to gather the high-level business requirements;
Conduct extensive research on requirements aligned with the board's priorities and the organisation’s strategic agenda;
Work on research related to industry trends, regulation and competitor analysis.
Develop and refine the various business/functional/testing requirements in support of the project and systems involved;
Articulates functional / non-functional requirements
Convert specified and unspecified business needs to specifications
Create wireframes & flow documents.
Maintain a well-defined and prioritized requirements backlog with consistent refinement based on client input and validated ROI.
Articulate current and future capabilities clearly and confidently to business and technology stakeholders.
Understanding of business architecture, technical architecture, system features and limitations and ability to apply this knowledge in designing functional/non functional requirements.
Conceptualize and review solutions for the requirements raised by business teams and coordinate required stakeholders for delivery
Participate in all project related activities with regards to requirements gathering, planning, implementation, as well as system and user acceptance testing.
Conduct training and ensuring the required knowledge transfer to key team members is set in place.
4+ years of Business Analyst experience
Hard SkillsStrong knowledge of BA methodologies, tools, and processes
Knowing of software development life cycle
Experience in work with Atlassian products
Experience in developing documentation using Waterfall and Agile approaches.
Knowing basis of client-server model is a plus.
Technical background is a plus
Experience in ERP products requirements development
Extensive experience with data visualization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 and higher)
Good experience in translating customer requirements & process improvement needs to IT solution requirements to create effective & innovative solutions.
Good understanding of software project development process & their role to support the development & QA teams. The candidate will be a member of the development & QA Test team.
High level social and written skills with ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a large team environment with members of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Self-starter with high personal drive and a positive attitude.
Disciplined and accountable for supporting and maintaining work products.
Behaves in a respectful and professional manner, maintaining high integrity and transparency when delivering work.
