UK’s fastest growing transit media platform wich is bringing OutDoor advertising into the digital age is looking for Growth Marketing Manager

Growth Marketing Manager will intersect sales, product and marketing and be tasked with growing the company’s driver and fleet userbase to successfully fill in campaigns brought in by our commercial team.

You should be a strategic leader capable of balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution based on continuous experimentation. You will define our digital strategy, deploy initiatives to acquire drivers and strategic fleet partnerships, and live, breathe and sleep growth marketing.

• Minimum of 4 years in growth or marketing roles at a hyper-growth company

• Proven track record of driving digital growth and exceeding revenue goals

• Highly analytical, and able to experiment and scale rapidly

• Deep experience of Google, LinkedIn and Facebook Ads as well as other digital marketing platforms—sometimes you find yourself dreaming about CPA, CTR and data-driven attribution

• Experience within the OOH sector is a huge plus, but not a deal breaker.

• Experience leading a team of 3+ people.

Fluent in both Russian and English

Responsibilities:

Growth: Drive driver and fleet acquisition in the UK

• Leadership: Recruit, lead and mentor a talented cross-functional team to build and execute effective growth strategies

• Marketing: Build multi-channel marketing campaigns together with your team to drive brand awareness and user growth

• Partnerships: Identify and negotiate key fleet partnerships alongside Head of Partnerships to bolster ad inventory and reach

• Business Analysis: Monitor and assess how our product is performing, and how it affects user retention

• Product Management: Work with and support our product team to drive growth in the market, and retain existing users

• Commercial Astuteness: Collaborate with the commercial team on other revenue-generating initiatives
