SoftMediaLab is a Custom Software Development firm specializing in startups around the world and enterprises in Russia. We have been developing for 7 years and keep growing. Currently we have done 80+ projects in Russia, Canada, Europe, Israel, Singapore and USA.

Geographically we are located in Ekaterinburg, working all over the world. Our employees live in different cities in Russia and CIS countries.

We are looking for a Business development & Sales manager for international sales (IT development)

Why can I earn good money with us?

We offer custom development, not box solutions. And this is always a new and unique project.

Our project invoices are significantly higher than those of ready-made IT solutions (on average they range from 40k USD to 500K USD, the commission of 3.5% = (1400 USD to 17500 USD) - taxes;

We do not reduce the percentage in case of over-fulfillment of the sales plan.


Independent search for new customers in need of development (networking, conferences, social networks);

Establishing a trusting relationship with the customer;

Negotiating, presenting, preparing proposals, leading long deal cycles;

Maintaining reports, working in a CRM.

We are a good match if:

Have 2 or more years foreign sales experience;

Have experience in successful sales of complex IT solutions / IT services B2B;

You are familiar with Solution Selling or Trusted Advisor approach in selling;

English C2 or native;

Experience in account management and active upsales;

Are interested in IT development, understand something about it;

Are independent in decision making.

We, in turn, offer:

A clear and transparent incentive system: salary (discussed individually) + 3.5% of sales minus taxes. Total salary: from $ 2,000 per a month with the productive work;
